Manage attendees, orders, and refunds

1. Open the event, choose People, then open the attendee list and search by name, email, or ticket type.
2. Select Manage order to resend tickets, cancel admissions, or request a refund.
3. Choose whether canceled tickets return to inventory. Refunds stay pending until Stripe confirms them.

Download a CSV to export every matching attendee, including people beyond the current page.

Optional event tools

Import a guest list to issue complimentary tickets in a batch. Preview the names and emails before issuing.

Table bookings are available for events that need seating. Each guest receives a ticket and counts toward event capacity.

Repeat an event to create draft dates with the same setup. Orders and attendees are never copied.
