Signup, name a room, then work the lessons in order. Free nights can go live without Stripe. Paid tickets cannot sell until Connect is ready.

   How Gather works

   A venue runs nights. Nights sell tickets. Tickets get scanned at the door.

2. Lesson 2

   Create and switch venues

   A venue is the room. One account can run as many rooms as you want.

3. Lesson 3

   Connect Stripe for paid tickets

   Paid events cannot go on sale until Stripe Connect is ready. Free events never need it.

4. Lesson 4

   Create a night

   Set the time, the room cap, and at least one ticket type.

5. Lesson 5

   Ticket types, comps, and sale windows

   Each type has a price, a cap, and optional on-sale dates.

6. Lesson 6

   Collect payments

   The public page is the checkout. Paid buyers finish on Stripe.

7. Lesson 7

   Scan at the door

   The camera reads the QR. A code can also be typed by hand.

8. Lesson 8

   Invite the people who run the room

   Co-owners and admins run the venue. Hosts see their sales. Door people scan and view the guest list.

9. Lesson 9

   Manage tickets and guest lists

   Find attendees, issue guest-list tickets and handle changes after purchase.

10. Lesson 10

    Bring your audience back

    Use consented contacts, campaigns and promoter links to grow repeat attendance.

    Compare dates, export reports and review finance activity.
