Invite the people who run the room

Co-owners and admins can limit door people to selected events and enable scanning and recording sales separately. For temporary access to a single event, create an expiring scanner PIN under Ticket and door rules.

Admins can view or edit anything. Hosts only see sales from the links assigned to them. Door people scan tickets and view the guest list; they cannot manage money, marketing or events.

Do this

1. Open Team.
2. Invite a door lead as Door person, then choose Event access to set their assignments.
3. Invite a salesperson as Host and assign them a promoter link so they can see their sales.
4. Invite a partner as Admin if they should view or edit anything, or as Co-owner if they should also manage team and Stripe.

Revoke a scanner PIN when the shift ends. Its active scanner sessions stop working too.
