Understand sales and money

Reports compares a selected date range with the preceding period, shows daily trends and breaks out events. Values refresh when the report is loaded.

Net receipts exclude the Gather fee and recorded refunds. They do not include bank payouts, processing costs or direct promoter payments, so they are not profit.

Balances and payouts

Finance opens Stripe's balance and payout controls for eligible connected accounts. Refunds and ticket cancellations are managed from the order's attendee record.
