SAMPLE EVENT WAIVER: Guest Release & Acknowledgment 1. Assumption of Risk I understand that attending this event may involve crowds, loud music, alcohol service, dancing and other activities that carry inherent risks. I voluntarily choose to attend and accept those risks. 2. Release of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release [Venue Legal Entity], its owners, staff, performers and event partners from claims arising from my attendance, except those caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. 3. Age & Alcohol I confirm I am at least 21 years of age (or the stated minimum age for this event) and will present valid ID on request. I agree to drink responsibly and understand staff may refuse service or entry. 4. Conduct I agree to follow venue rules and staff instructions. The venue may remove any guest for unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund. 5. Photo & Media Consent I consent to being photographed or recorded at the event and to the use of that content for promotional purposes by the venue and its partners. 6. Communications By purchasing a ticket, I agree the venue may contact me about future events. I may unsubscribe at any time. 7. Governing Law This sample would be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
